The mission of the MWC is to:

• Support local and state public organization; 
• Contribute toward bettering  the living conditions of residents of the Southeastern CT area; 
• Promote all aspects of education, with the goal of a more literate society;
• Take an active role in leadership for the preservation of our country's resources;
• Sponsor study and participation in the arts and to encourage young talent;
• Stress the importance of good citizenship, spiritual values, and good health for all peoples;
• Keep members informed on current issues involving legislation and international relations;
• Strengthen the home, and through it, make realistic contributions towards world peace.

These Ambitious goals reflect the nature and intent of GFWC and GFWC International.  

The Mystic Woman's Club's intent is to apply these goals to our community and,  do what we can to provide assistance 

to those around us.  

We are non denominational and inclusive in our membership.  All residents of Southeastern Connecticut and surrounding areas are eligible for membership in Mystic Woman's Club
