PHELPS SCHOLARSHIP

The Phelps Scholarship was started when club member, Shirley Phelps, set up a scholarship in her husband, Clyde's memory. Mystic Woman's Club awards the Phelps Scholarship each year to a member or family member, who is already enrolled in college.

The scholarship helps cover tuition, books, and other essential costs so recipients can stay focused on their studies and future.
